Data we process

We currently collect the email address you provide when you subscribe to the WordPlanet™ mailing list.

Purpose

We use your email address to inform you about the launch of WordPlanet™ and to send you other updates related to WordPlanet™, such as news, updates and new content.

Legal basis

The processing is based on your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Retention

We will retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we will stop using it for these communications and delete your data, except for any information that we must retain for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations or to demonstrate the consent given and its subsequent withdrawal.

Email service provider

We use Brevo to manage our contact list and send our email communications. Brevo processes the data necessary to provide these services on behalf of WordPlanet™ and in accordance with its data protection obligations.

Brevo may use service providers and subprocessors to provide its services. Where processing involves international transfers of personal data, such transfers must be carried out using the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your personal data, as well as exercise your rights to object to or restrict processing and to data portability where applicable, and withdraw your consent at any time by contacting hello@wordplanet.app.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
